THE BLUE MEANING – the first Toyah album proper – was released in 1980. This digital release includes two additional tracks not on the original vinyl recording: "Sphinx" (originally released on flexidisc, a particularly fiendish record business invention which became unplayable the second time you tried to play it...) and "Street Addict", the B-side of the later single "Thunder in the Mountains".

We re-released these albums in 2002, as Toyah embarked on the "Here And Now" tour with many of her contemporaries. It all started here!
